Nathan is back at Manas, safe and sound! He just got in, has to check in his bags, pick up his mail, then he is going to sleeeeeep.
He got to talk to all the kids, poor Daddy got his heart broken talking to Layla cause she just sounds SO SO bad (so does Mommy, to tell the truth). Mono is ROUGH. He is off tomorrow so we should get to Skype and catch up a little more. Glad to know he's back to his other "home", wish he were here. We really need him now. And he knows it. I think that's why that call was so hard for him. Left us both in tears!
ETA: Took Layla back to the doctor, turns out she has mono, strep, AND tonsilitis! Poor baby's tonsils are so swollen that they are actually bleeding. But we finally got her started on some steroids and antibiots so hopefully, she will begin healing soon. I can't take seeing her in this much pain!
